Japanese Salmon with Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
4 salmon steaks
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the last 4 ingredients. Saute and season the salmon steaks with this mixture.
  2. Whisk together the first 4 ingredients, cook the mushrooms in butter, then add this sauce.
  3. serve with salmon on rice topped with mushrooms.
