Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, whipped Filling
6 cups chopped rhubarb
1 large package strawberry jello
Streusel topping
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup room temperature butter


  1. Cut together crust ingredients except egg. Once it is completely cut together, blend in egg. Press crust mixture into bottom and sides of pan.
  2. Spread rhubarb over crust.
  3. Sprinkle jello over rhubarb.
  4. Mix streusel ingredients until the mixture resembes coarse crumbs.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
