Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients
Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, whipped
Filling
6 cups chopped rhubarb
1 large package strawberry jello
Streusel topping
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup room temperature butter
Instructions
- Cut together crust ingredients except egg. Once it is completely cut together, blend in egg. Press crust mixture into bottom and sides of pan.
- Spread rhubarb over crust.
- Sprinkle jello over rhubarb.
- Mix streusel ingredients until the mixture resembes coarse crumbs.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
