Sausage Cassolet

Ingredients
2 lbs. sausage
1 can kidney beans
1 can great northern beans
1 can sliced carrorts
1 can stewed tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain grease.
  2. Drain juice from all vegetables except tomatoes.
  3. Add vegetables to sausage.
  4. Cook 40 minutes over low heat.
