Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 onion, diced
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 28 oz can tomato sauce
1 lb italian sausage
oregano, basil, tarragon
1 large can mushrooms
minced garlic
1 cup wine

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, garlic, sausage until browned, not cooked, drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to taste (oregano strongest).
  3. Cook over low flame for 4 hours.
